HMS is hiring Business Process Analyst Lead to support our Alaska MMIS Fiscal Agent contract.
 

Your role in our mission

  • Act as a lead for the functional area; demonstrates knowledge and skills in a variety of assigned work processes.
  • Understand the business of the client and apply knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement.
  • Identify issues and review, recommend and implement modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
  • Perform analyses and reports findings. Interprets, audits and reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness. Maintains log records of pertinent data and provides periodic status reports. Prepares standard and ad hoc reports for management and clients.
  • Research problems and follows up with the client regarding resolution. Interfaces with management and clients to resolve issues and assists in implementing same as approved.
  • Support development and documentation of new or revised standard operating procedures.
  • Handle confidential data according to policy and guidelines. Adheres to existing security policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Four or more years of experience with 7 or more preferred in business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment
  • Experience working with client company product and/or services
  • Strong communication skills, organization and time management skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
  • Ability to assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities

What you should expect in this role

  • Work-from-home (WFH); or Hybrid model including in-office and WFH days to be defined. For positions assigned to WFH, reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.  Employees working-from-home may be required to report to the office, at times, to support work efforts

 

The pay range for this position is $75,700.00 - $94,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
