Summary
We are seeking a talented individual for a Project Specialist who will have the overall responsibility for management of a group of accounts within the TPL (Third Party Liability) division. Responsible for the successful delivery of our client’s software and services to client(s). Responsible for relationship management, revenue generation and client satisfaction. This is the person to whom the staff look to for support, guidance and mentorship on client strategy and execution.
Your role in our mission
Communicating between directors and team members Scheduling of projects and staying within budget Collaborating with designers and engineers for direction Leading team meetings and performing project reviews (multiple project reviews) Naturally inquisitive and the need to understand the task/responsibility/project that is being managed Potential to manage 1-2 employees Ensures that the work that is being completed meets the clients and HMS standards Dealing with issues and setbacks in a way that keeps the program moving forward Providing quality control checks on end-products Understanding of invoicing sales and collecting management Understanding of medical claims processing and payment Strategic in nature and is focused on the outcome of the program benefits rather than the output Serves as primary liaison with clients.
Develops and maintains a depth and breadth of client relationships,
Works with company-wide resources to ensure key client deliverables and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Identifies additional sources of revenue through use of sales and marketing skills, and works with sales executives to close business.
Provides expertise in the breadth of the Client products.
Introduces, negotiates and works with operations team to implement new projects to expand scope of engagement.
Interacts with Client executives, operations staff and other internal subject matter experts Ensures overall service delivery and client satisfaction for assigned clients.
What we're looking for
3+ years of related work experience preferred and 5 years + of account
3+ management experience required with experience in one of the
3+ following areas desired: Health insurance, Client service/business to
3+ business, Healthcare policy
Prior experience in claims processing is highly desired!
Prior experience in Healthcare is a plus!
Prior experience in Third Party Liability Reconciliation is a plus!
Understanding of Medicaid is plus
