Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Business Manager (ABM) to join our team and serve as a trusted business partner to account and sector leadership. The ABM is a key integrator between financial operations and business strategy—responsible for driving forecasting accuracy, budget alignment, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Your role in our mission

As the Account Business Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that account teams are equipped to meet their financial and operational targets. You will:

 

  • Lead financial operations for your assigned accounts and sector, including forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews and provide insightful financial analysis to account leadership.
  • Support growth initiatives by integrating pipeline opportunities into multi-year account plans.
  • Coordinate corporate efficiency initiatives, track their progress, and reflect financial impacts in forecasts.
  • Act as a change leader, ensuring alignment across teams in response to corporate requests and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Guide new deals and renewals, validating cost models and ensuring proper handoff into operations.
  • Enable cash flow health by managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial reporting standards.
  • Ownership of account and sector-level financial operations
  • Collaborative engagement with senior leaders across sales, delivery, and corporate functions

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. We preferred the candidate to have an MBA or advanced degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business operations is required. Background in managed services, consulting, or enterprise operations preferred.
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting required.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, financial systems, and Salesforce (SFDC) required. Familiarity with contract management, WBS structures, and billing systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders required.

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired. The use of AI during interviews is prohibited.

The pay range for this position is $100,800.00 - $144,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
