As a Senior Application Developer/Technical Lead  (Java or .NET) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission

 

  • Develop new web applications using low-code technology
  • Participate as a member of an Agile/Scrum team
  • Perform engineering tasks, design, and problem-solving activities related to system 
  • Work on modern cloud first tech stacks
  • Build and deploy large scale event / stream processing applications 
  • Build a self-service platform and API abstraction that make our product offerings easier to use and faster to onboard.
  • Contribute to the team's technical vision and long-term roadmap

 

What we're looking for

 

 

  • 9+ years of Software Development experience (with some technical leadership), and proficiency in one or more of the following:  Java, .NET, Scala, Python, or ETL tools.
  • Experience in API driven integrations.
  • Experience building Cloud based scalable applications to support data processing in the order of terabytes/petabytes of data using relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.  
  • Experience defining and driving adoption of coding best practices; and working with architects to identify and implement new approaches and technologies to improve the efficacy of our teams.

The pay range for this position is $106,500.00 - $133,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
