Serve as a Proxy Product Owner supporting the Provider Management Product Owner in aligning IT solutions with evolving business needs across multiple Medicaid-related accounts. This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring product features meet end-user needs through clear requirements, ongoing collaboration, and Agile delivery.

Your role in our mission
Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Demonstrate your knowledge as SME and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical workers to transform requirements into real results
- Delegate work across teams, and coach and monitor project team members to plan, design and improve complex business processes and modifications
- Streamline workflows across clients and technical personnel to determine, document and oversee carrying out system requirements
- Support quality control as you approve and validate test results to verify that all requirements have been met
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst supporting product teams in Medicaid, provider management, or claims adjustment domains.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements, and to confirm findings with key stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience writing Agile user stories and planning sprint/PI work in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Strong functional expertise of the Provider Management module application, with the ability to work with QA as an SME, assist the QA Lead in developing test plans, providing guidance during testing, and participating in test case execution each sprint.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel, and ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel if business needs require.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
