Summary
Successful candidate will have a broad range of Account Management Business Operations experience to include finance, contract and procurement oversight. The role may entail supporting a specific geographic region or be aligned to multiple accounts spanning several regions. Must have the ability to interact and collaborate with multiple levels of leadership, perform in a client facing role and thrive in a highly matrixed environment. Ability to engage and appropriately report information to/with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgment with the ability to guide decisions in political atmospheres.
Your role in our mission
Manage Strategic Business Planning
- Manage 5 year and annual Account Operating Plans ensuring SFDC sales opportunities and plan align.
- Provide support for sales pursuits as needed.
Contract Management
- Understand the services under the contract and how the revenue associated is earned. This entails understanding of Service Level Agreements and penalties, Milestones and Base Maintenance support. Accounts may or may not have a large volume of add-on projects requiring additional oversight.
- Support accounts and legal as needed to update contract financial documents as a result of service changes (financial exhibits).
- Support Start-up and Close down activities
Financial Management
- Primary responsibility for driving forecasting and management of finance activities including negotiations as needed with delivery, supplier partners, and vendor management with the State. Works closely with Financial Analyst, Delivery Leaders and Account owners.
- Ensure 100% of all contract revenues are billed in timely manner with management of follow up as needed to ensure invoice collection with the State and address any disputed issues.
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and overseeing month end close with expectation of hitting financial forecasts with accuracy.
- Assesses financial risk and opportunities, provide guidance to finance teams and communicate strategic recommendations to the Account Delivery Leaders/Account Executive/Region General Manager. Track action plans as needed and document risks and opportunities in tool of choice (weekly Risk & Opportunity excel file / ALM)
- Partner with Account Delivery and Region owners to communicate status and work through any issues to keep revenue and profit on target.

The pay range for this position is $78,800.00 - $112,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
