Your role in our mission
Discover career satisfaction by design in this challenging position, where you will:
- Develop process-step enhancements (user interfaces, process flexibility improvements, custom validations) and custom objects
- Conduct Unit / Component testing
- Collect data from various sources for use in business focused analysis
- Collaborate with teammates to respond to user issues/inquiries
- May work on a particular workstream, reviewing, and directing the work with business
- Develop BI requirements, and perform design, and implementation
- Build data universes to utilize BI tools on data warehouse(s) and other databases
- Provide technical leadership to a team of BI developers and report writers
- Design and implement conceptual, logical, & physical BI solutions
- Design of summarization/rollup processes and procedures [when, how, how often, etc]
- Develop Business Objects reports and dashboard solutions for a wide variety of business intelligence projects and write functional and technical specs
- Solid technical background and experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, MIS applications
- Understand and implement solution in support of physical data models necessary to support business intelligence reporting initiatives
- Design, develop, test, and support Oracle stored procedures, functions
- Communicate directly with other BI team members to confirm requirements and clarify business rules
- Define, design and build, the BO Universe, BI Dashboards, and reports
- Develop, Support, and improve existing BO systems – including both Universe and Reports
- Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment
- Responsible for documenting modifications of pre-existing development new development for peer reference and knowledge transfer
What we're looking for
- Expert level knowledge of SAP Business Object Universes along with WEBI 4.x and DESKI XI 3.1I, with 8-15 years’ experience in Business Objects report development
- Experienced BusinessObjects Developer, Tester, Administrator (security model, very good understanding of Import Wizard and report IDs, report migration to BI4). In addition, have solid testing skills: creating test plans, testing data and verification of test results
- Experience in working with customers at all levels of business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions using the necessary skills
- Experience and solid understanding of Relational and Data Warehouse DBMS environment
- Medicaid knowledge or knowledge of healthcare processing including claims, provider, and recipient

The pay range for this position is $88,600 - $132,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
