Summary
In this role, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—supporting process optimization, system enhancements, and operational improvements across Medicaid and related programs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions, helping ensure initiatives are aligned to organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
Your role in our mission
- Support operational and technical activities while reporting to the Operations Manager
- Analyze, design, and implement process improvements using data and technology
- Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide hands-on IT and programming support as needed
- Communicate technical processes (data transfers, systems, phone/voice platforms) clearly
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technology products and applications
- Support TPL (Third Party Liability) operational practices
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Develop metrics, perform root cause analysis, and track performance improvements
- Act as a liaison across teams for process improvement and systems integration
- Deliver presentations, training, and updates to stakeholders
- Assess risks, timelines, and costs for transformation initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business or related field preferred)
- 9+ years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or organizational change
- Experience with business process re-engineering and technology environments
- Familiarity with process design, requirements management, and project management

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
