Summary
As an Advisor, CX Onboarding, Offboarding & Identity Management, you will play a critical role within the Customer Experience (CX) organization by enabling workforce readiness, access control, and delivery continuity across CX programs. This role owns the CX execution and governance of onboarding, offboarding, access management and serves as a liaison between CX Operations, IT, Security, HR systems, and account stakeholders.
Your role in our mission
- Own CX onboarding and offboarding execution for employees, and contractors supporting CX accounts, including reporting and tracking.
- Coordinate with CX Delivery leadership, IT, Security, Training, and HR systems partners to ensure timely onboarding and separation, as needed.
- Order and track equipment delivery as part of the onboarding process
- Support the return of equipment during the offboarding process
- Support Background Check confirmation as part of the onboarding process
- Serve as an escalation point for complex, urgent, or high-risk onboarding and offboarding scenarios.
- Own CX coordination of identity and access provisioning and de-provisioning across required systems.
- Ensure role-based access alignment and validate access completion prior to training or production readiness.
- Maintain CX onboarding, offboarding and identify management process documentation and standards
- Identify operational risks, gaps and inefficiencies that will drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and mentoring to associate level onboarding and offboarding candidate care coordinators
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, onboarding/offboarding, workforce enablement, or access management.
- Experience supporting operational transformation, transition, or centralization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
