Summary

Oversees client service delivery for OnBase, Formworks, and ETK for the WI MMIS account.  Ensures that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed upon business goals and objectives.

Your role in our mission

  • Leads and oversees client delivery for a functional area / set of subsystems on the WI MMIS account to ensure that contractual obligations and business objectives are met.
  • Develops demand forecasts for functional area / set of subsystems to assist WI MMIS account in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
  • Works with client and internal capability leaders to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
  • Oversees and approves staffing for projects in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
  • Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
  • Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Partners with claims operations area to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
  • Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required, but it is preferred it to be in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field
  • Nine (9) or more years of support services, project, or program experience required
  • Experience working with the technology or healthcare industry required
  • Experience working with OnBase, certification preferred
  • Experience delivering government services contracts preferred

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
  • Possible travel to Wisconsin for client meetings. This will be determined at a later time and will be company paid.

  • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
