Lead the management and execution of financial fund allocation rules across multiple Medicaid clients. Provide subject matter expertise on CMS financial reporting requirements, oversee capitation review and validation activities, and identify, analyze, and resolve funding, allocation, and payment discrepancies to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Your role in our mission

  • Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the CEF Capitation from a configuration and payment process perspective to review and troubleshoot client questions and defects.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of CEF fund allocation processes to be able to make updates to fund rules and perform testing.
  • Analyze financial and payroll data to identify trends, prevent errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Review and troubleshoot CMS reporting from a financial data perspective.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.

What we're looking for

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
  • Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pay cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 years of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries for data validation and analysis.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
