Provide senior technical leadership for secure, scalable applications supporting Medicaid DDI and modernized Provider Plus delivery. Combine hands-on engineering, design review and AI-assisted development to improve productivity while enforcing architecture, security, testing and production-readiness standards.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead application design and implementation standards across React/TypeScript, .NET 10/C#, APIs, data, integrations and AWS workloads.
  • Review complex designs, code, test evidence and technical specifications; resolve defects, performance issues and production risks.
  • Guide multi-tenant architecture, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, versioning and compatibility with required legacy interfaces.
  • Guide PostgreSQL modeling, conversion/reconciliation, REST and event-driven integrations, Glue/Spark batch workloads and Kafka/MSK patterns.
  • Establish Terraform, CI/CD, automated quality gates, observability, secure logging, vulnerability remediation and release controls.
  • Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions, risks, tradeoffs and recommendations across product and DDI teams.

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of application development, including technical leadership.
  • Expert hands-on C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including React, APIs and cloud-native engineering.
  • Advanced PostgreSQL/SQL, integration, AWS and automated-delivery experience.
  • Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES or regulated healthcare experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is 86,800 - 124,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
