Your role in our mission

  • Perform as primary point of contact representing RE&F in dealings with business account teams.
  • Develop a working relationship and account awareness with business teams; ensure appropriate two-way communication.
  • Track new business opportunities and contract renewals for possible real estate impacts. Proactive engagement with account teams when identified.
  • Function as subject matter expertise in preparing written responses to client requests for proposals / request for information.  Includes providing pricing for any needed real estate solution.
  • Provide concierge type support to business teams by making appropriate linkages to proper extended RE&F team members   .
  • Ensure proper transition from Planning to Implementation on real estate related projects supporting business contract initiatives,  Primary point of contact for real estate matters in planning and delivery of Operational Readiness Reviews.  Formal handoff to RE&F Delivery Managers at project completion.
  • Be knowledgeable of corporate strategies (financial, labor location, work from home, etc.) and represent those strategies in engagement with account teams, IT and the extended RE&F team.
  • Provide input into the development and modifications of RE&F tools (iOffice, Power BI, CoStar) to optimize their ability to support business / account operational needs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Nine or more years of property administration experience
  • Experience working with commercial real estate practices
  • Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with customers
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Strong office equipment skills such as faxing and photocopying
  • Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
  • Leadership skills

The pay range for this position is $73,500.00 - $105,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
