Summary

As a Advisor Software Engineer - Healthcare Solutions at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your network testing and network management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

Develop your career as you support Gainwell’s focus on creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.

Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and create/develop engineering artifacts for review and sign-off
Participates in code reviews to ensure quality standards and business objectives are being met.
Mentor multiple teams around code standards and code quality.
Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Provide complex technical consultation to other organizations; interacts with senior customer personnel and internal senior management.
Participate in product design meetings with management, other developers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure that product development adheres to client specifications and is consistent across various units.

What we're looking for

8+ years of System architecture and design, software development experience working with enterprise products, services and requirements preferably in a health and human services domain
Experience in building standards and reusable code
Experience with cloud based software development (AWS, Google or Azure) using infrastructure-as-code patterns (IAC)
Experience with any web programming language (JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Java), and C# .Net is preferred
Knowledge of non-relational/columnar databases will be required.
Demonstrable experience with client-side frameworks such as Angular, React,View
Experience with: Agile/Lean concepts; Git and Gitflow (or similar) patterns for code management; PostGres or SQL Server, or real time event/streaming data, document data stores (Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience using continuous integration and deployment systems.

The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
