Your role in our mission

Lead Quality and Testing Strategy

Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy for projects, enhancements, releases, and operational initiatives.

Establish testing standards, methodologies, quality controls, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern testing approaches, including automation and shift-left testing practices.Ensure quality objectives align with business goals, contractual commitments, and client expectations.

Manage Testing Operations

Lead all phases of testing, including:Test planningTest case designTest executionDefect managementSmoke testingRegression testingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)End-to-End TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

Develop effort estimates, resource plans, and testing schedules for large and complex initiatives.

Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.

Lead and Develop Teams

Manage a blended team of onshore and offshore testing professionals.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for testing staff.

Balance resources across multiple projects, releases, and competing priorities.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Partner with Internal and Client Stakeholders

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Area Leads, Developers, Architects, Release Managers, and client representatives.

Participate in planning sessions, design reviews, release readiness reviews, and quality governance activities.

Communicate testing status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

Drive Quality Governance

Establish and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Facilitate defect triage and root cause analysis activities.

Assess release readiness and provide recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions.

Identify opportunities to improve testing effectiveness, efficiency, and overall product quality.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
3+ years of leadership experience managing testing teams and quality programs.
Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale enterprise systems.
Experience managing testing activities across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience managing onshore and offshore testing resources.

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
