Your role in our mission

 

Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. 

 

  • Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components
  • Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture solution elements
  • Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
  • Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients
  • Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment
  • Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely with software developers

What we're looking for

 

  • 3 or more years of software design and development experience with 1+ years of experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems (Claims Processing, Adjudication). 
  • Ability to troubleshoot reported defects, issues and lead to resolution and root cause. 
  • Experience with the QNXT Framework, C#, MVC, Web API, WCF, QNXT, Administrator, Claims Processing. 
  • Experience with HIPAA, X12 and XML transactions; and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps). 
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, engineering, DDI and stakeholders and follow established processes to provide support.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
