Your role in our mission

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Utilize VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate tasks, create custom functions, and enhance project management tools.
  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline workflows, automate processes, and integrate various applications.
  • Use Power BI to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for project documentation, collaboration, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in application development, with demonstrated experience in project management
  • Strong proficiency in VBA and experience with Excel automation
  • Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
