Your role in our mission

- Provide flexible reusable components to increase cost effectiveness.
- Analyze, designs and reviews design of applications and suites of applications to ensure that customer specifications are satisfied.
- Design, develop, unit test interfaces and assist with implementing the same from lower environments to production.
- Work with customers, business owners/SMEs and development teams to understand requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve incident tickets and errors.
- Utilize strong SQL skills required to perform data and business analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Recommend and implement alternative courses of action as appropriate to meet requirement needs.
- Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
- Determines and recommends alternative approaches as needed and implements as appropriate.
What we're looking for
6+ years of application development with:

- MS-SQL scripting
- Common Unix commands
- Shell scripts (Korn)
- C
- Java
- SQL
- SOAP Server
- SFTP
- Web services
- PKI and other security standards
- Java Keytool to manage key stores
- Developing customized SFG Business Processes using GPM, BPML for both Inbound and Outbound flows to ensure proper Data Processing.
- SFG & B2Bi's dashboard GUI, trading partner setup screens, creating mailboxes, Static/Dynamic routing channels, and routing rules, and working with important logs.
EDI:

- EDIFECS health data management platform
- Healthcare EDI x12 transactions (837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 820)
- NCPDP 1.2, 3.0 and 4.5
Desired experience:
- Third-Party Liability (TPL) or Other Insurance (OI) systems experience
- Healthcare IT working with claims, member and provider data systems
What you should expect in this role
- Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
