Job Description
Experience Requirements:
• At least 5 yrs. industry experience in Healthcare (Medicaid and/or Pharmacy Benefits preferred)
• At least 10 years in IT.
• At least 5 yrs experience in software and/or applications development spanning all aspects of the development process
• Successful track record of IT delivery where the person was responsible for the solution and leadership of the delivery IT teams.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong familiarity with change management, project management and technology management
• Excellent communications skills including the ability to translate clearly and succinctly between business needs and technical needs.
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Experience providing leadership of technical personnel in both direct report and indirect circumstances.
• Ability to be perceived by the customer and staff as a technology leader.
• Possess a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Understands and applies one or more industry acknowledged architectural modeling methods and tools.
• Deep understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid architecture
• Experience and understanding of how to work with HIPPA/PHI/PII
• Strong understanding of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA)
• Solid understanding of security standard and practices, including NIST
• Familiarity with HealthPAS COTS software a plus
• Certification in at least one architectural framework (Zachman, ITSM, TOGAF, etc.) preferred.
The pay range for this position is $159,000.00 - $227,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
