Summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Program Director to oversee the development and implementation of AI initiatives that align with business goals and deliver measurable value. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical AI solutions, focusing on identifying opportunities, driving AI adoption, and delivering impactful outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess deep domain expertise in healthcare or government programs, coupled with experience in AI application.
Your role in our mission
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance processes, improve healthcare outcomes, and optimize operations.
- Lead AI program planning and execution, ensuring projects align with Gainwell’s overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable AI use cases.
- Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored AI solutions, leveraging tools like predictive analytics, GenAI, and automation.
- Drive AI adoption within the organization and among clients by demonstrating clear ROI and value propositions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and deploy scalable AI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI programs, ensuring transparency in progress and outcomes.
- Monitor and manage AI program budgets, timelines, and resources, reporting regularly to senior leadership on program performance.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a business-oriented role with at least 5 years working on AI or analytics-driven initiatives.
- Strong domain expertise in healthcare or government programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, or related systems.
- Proven track record of delivering AI or data-driven solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to bridge business and technical domains, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
