As an Advisory Asset Management Professional at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills to manage Software and Hardware assets that will assist in harnessing the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission

  • Be instrumental in helping the ITAM program at Gainwell mature. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide support for IT asset management and related activities.
  • Establishes and maintains avenues of communication for appropriate internal and external stakeholders including weekly status reports and quarterly and annual meetings. 
  • Work closely with managed service providers to ensure Asset Management strategies are executed on timely basis.
  • Develops, implements, interprets, and coordinates HAM and SAM policies; ensures adherence and implementation of policies and procedures with internal and external clients; determines and implements, when appropriate, exceptions.
  • Manages assigned area asset management profitability; reports profitability information to management and implements enhancements in conjunction with management to increase profitability.
  • Works closely with Procurement and Asset Management. 

What we're looking for

  • Nine or more years of IT asset management experience
  • Experience with defining and operating ITAM processes, policies & procedures
  • Experience working with finance or accounting to conduct ITAM related cost management and optimization analysis.
  • Five or more years of vendor management experience in corporate or account support services   


  • IAITAM certification
  • ITIL
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred

The pay range for this position is $76,900.00 - $109,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
