Summary

The Associate Community Engagement Verification and SNAP Analyst supports the performance and delivery of Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification, and SNAP Integrity products. In this role, you will work closely with the Community Engagement Verification and SNAP Analyst and cross‑functional partners across analytics, technology, vendors, and the contact center to help deliver value to our clients. This position supports the coordination of end‑to‑end verification and eligibility processes, operates in a matrixed environment, and contributes to ensuring clients receive timely information to make accurate SNAP and Medicaid eligibility decisions.

Your role in our mission

  • Collaborate closely with the Community Engagement Verification and SNAP Analyst to ensure strong product performance.
  • Help ensure clients receive timely updates and responses to support accurate and timely eligibility decisions.
  • Support coordination across internal teams to execute verification and integrity solutions.
  • Navigate ambiguity to drive positive outcomes for clients and program participants.
  • Contribute to operational rigor aligned with Medicaid and SNAP regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Project management experience, state agency experience, or related experience
  • 2+ years of experience with SNAP, HR1 and Medicaid eligibility programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and support cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong client support mindset with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Comfort managing priorities, ambiguity, and structured operating processes.

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote position. Travel 0-10%

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
