Yor role in our mission
- Generate and communicate actionable insights into operational performance in the healthcare analytics sector
- Identify, execute, and report performance on actionable projects based on insights obtained through analytics that drive revenue-generating or cost-savings results
- Coach team members to build presentation skills and industry knowledge
- Develop, enhance, and explain methodologies for evaluating project and operational performance
- Ensure on-time, accurate delivery of projects
- Provide direct people management and mentorship on the Analytics team
What were looking for
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferred 1+ years of experience as a people manager in a hybrid/remote environment
- Professional background working in Operations and/or Analytics with experience of managing yield-improving or cost-improvement initiatives
- Track record of ability to manage multiple projects to timely completion utilizing both internal analytics team as well as cross-functional collaboration
- Team-oriented leader capable of delegating responsibilities and thriving in a culture of continuous feedback
- Strong communicator and coach capable of developing team members with authentic and empathetic interactions through primarily remote interactions
- Strong Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau with familiarity in AI integration

The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $106,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
