Summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Early Career Data Analyst who functions as the liaison between the developer, product manager, B2B/EDI and internal/external clients. Will be responsible for monitoring intake of source data files, ensuring delivery to Enterprise Repositories, along with content evaluations.
Your role in our mission
- Ensure that source files are received and processed. Maintain the source data schedule.
- Research source data issues and trigger the resolution action.
- Complete all reporting and data load functions for assigned systems.
- Ensures Loads meet client requirements through detailed review and analysis.
- Communicates with internal clients, developers, and other team members.
- Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing.
- Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team.
- Provides regular status reports to internal clients, developers, and management as needed.
What we're looking for
- 0 - 3 years of Experience in US Healthcare Business Analyst position experience.
- Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel. Required experience in Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Ability to manage a small to medium sized project(s). Assists in the projects that impact the entire Gainwell organization, short term/long term success planning.
- Ability to map processes, manage inventory & remediation, and developing metrics/measurement on an overall product level.
- Ability to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for issues.
- Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
