Summary
As an Associate Professional Project Management, you will support project planning, business analysis, and stakeholder communication while developing foundational skills in delivery execution and working toward future PMP certification.
Your role in our mission
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects to meet defined business goals and timelines
- Translate meetings and stakeholder discussions into clear, actionable decisions, issues, action items, and meeting minutes ensuring alignment and follow-through
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using structured, client-approved templates
- Research issues independently and initiate collaboration when needed
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets while providing timely updates and escalating issues as needed
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, contributing to consistent execution and continuous improvement of delivery practices
What we're looking for
- Background in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, with foundational exposure to Business Analysis and/or Project Management practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate discussions into structured documentation and actionable insights
- Disciplined in tracking action items, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accountability and reliability in execution
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting cross-functional projects and engaging with stakeholders, including leadership and client sponsors
- Exposure to project management methodologies, tools, and budgeting, with a clear path for growth and interest in pursuing PMP or similar certifications

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
