Your role in our mission
- Work with Automation Test to identify areas of expansion for Automation coverage
- Support Automation Test Lead in creation of Automation test plan including Technical Automation Strategy
- Implement automation framework, policies and standards by the automation team
- Prepare test cases for E2E, System & Integration testing
- Perform Automation POC with the help of Automation Lead
- Continuous collaboration with Automation Test Lead, customers to understand Client needs
- Assists in the preparation of estimates for the performance of the various activities defined in the Test Plan.
- Identifies inadequacies and improvement opportunities in the methods/standards and recommends changes. or more years of experience in Manual/Functional testing; Healthcare, and Medicaid testing preferred.
What we're looking for
- 7 + years of experience in Automation space
- 8+ years of experience leading complex healthcare testing engagements (all phases and types including product testing, system and system integration, interface testing, user acceptance, performance, etc., applying industry leading Automation First principles)
- Healthcare experience
- Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
- Expertise in designing and executing automation frameworks/solutions – Unified automation frameworks to support UI, API, Batch, Data, Mobile testing, E2E/Regression suite automation, keyword driven frameworks, Selenium, UFT
- Generative AI driven automation experience in STLC needed
- Ability to work with multiple teams and create solutions to support multiple programs

- Fully Remote Opportunity may work in varying time zones during the life of the project
- Some nights and weekends nearing project go live
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)

The pay range for this position is $90,900 - $106,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
