Your role in our mission
Requirements & Business Analysis
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements, change requests, process flows, and operational documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals.
- Use tools such as Excel and basic SQL to assess business impacts, support analysis, and inform decision-making.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across business and technical teams, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong partnerships with business owners, developers, testers, project managers, and leadership.
- Communicate project status, business impacts, and solution recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Medicaid Financial Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid financial processing, claims processing, reporting, and batch operations.
Testing & Release Support
- Develop test scenarios, support testing activities, review results, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through stakeholder approval to validate business requirements.
- Support release planning, implementation validation, post-production monitoring, production issue analysis, and defect triage.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role; Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and requirements management tools such as ALM.
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating and improving business processes.
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
Professional & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Executive presence with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business leaders, clients, and technical teams.
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving collaboration, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
