Your role in our mission
- Position will support our healthcare Cost Containment - Coordination of Benefits product management team.
- Analyst will use their knowledge of health insurance benefits, payment accuracy and audit skills to assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align government healthcare solutions with business initiatives for multiple, customer accounts.
- Position serves as the liaison between IT technical personnel and Service delivery business areas that serve Medicaid, managed care, Medicare Advantage and commercial insurance carriers.
- Assists in conducting market research for product development assists in aggregating data point and formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
- Assist team in developing market sizing, product demand analysis and product viability assessments.
- Analyze data and formulate business recommendation in the form of research reports and presentations
- Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
- Assists in analyzing and documenting client's or product business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including detailed workplans, process flows and requirements documentation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations (as needed), and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external (as necessary) resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
What we’re looking for
- Healthcare/Medicaid Industry experience highly required
- Three or more years of market/business analysis
- Experience in conducting conduct marketplace assessments for products, researching market trends, making business assessments on the future needs, and helping determine buyer needs and profiles
- Experience preparing data into presentations for management and working with IT and development teams that will build the functionality and capability
- Consulting background preferred

The pay range for this position is $95,200.00 - $119,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
