Your role in our mission

We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on curiosity, communication, and collaboration.

  • You will work closely with Medicaid stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are clear, actionable, and aligned with program goals. 
  • Bring strong written and verbal communication skills to every interaction, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.
  • Be responsible for shaping the business design of projects from user interfaces to report formats, letter templates, and process definitions. 
  • Use your ability to explore systems and business processes with curiosity will allow them to uncover opportunities for improvement and translate them into practical designs.
  • Conduct research into Medicaid practices, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and lead walkthroughs with clients to ensure every requirement is well understood and documented.

Also play a key role in supporting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • This includes contributing to test plans and ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements. 

What we're looking for

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
  • Comfortable supporting projects across all phases of the SDLC.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Naturally curious about systems, processes, and how things work.
  • Skilled at eliciting and documenting requirements with precision and clarity.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in Medicaid programs.

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully remote options from continental US locations only
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
