Your role in our mission
Gainwell empowers you to demonstrate your expertise and help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes using cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will:
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting client technology goals.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, track, and communicate business requirements.
- Build basic conceptual data and process models to support requirement gathering and solution design.
- Create, execute, or analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in system design.
- Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the “intent of change” is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into actionable business solutions.
- SME ServiceNow Developer with knowledge of other ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira, Remedy).
- Experience with ticketing systems and understanding of reporting/dashboarding in ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for quantitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams, translating technical concepts into digestible business insights.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time onsite role based in Oklahoma.
- The position is expected to be onsite for at least one year, or until the manager determines readiness for a hybrid schedule in alignment with OHCA’s in-office requirements.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews.
