Your role in our mission

  • Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations 
  • Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation (e.g., user guides, API documentation, process manuals).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for various audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and documentation standards.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum three years of combined experience as a  Business Analyst and Technical Writer, translating technical goals and requirements into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear technical documentation and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for quantitative analysis, along with strong analytical and business process re-engineering capabilities.
  • Knowledge of basic programming concepts (configuration, development, batch processing) and familiarity with markup languages
  • Experience using documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare) and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to present technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with API documentation and developer-focused content.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to create visual aids (diagrams, flowcharts) using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for online documentation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
