Your role in our mission

  • Manages several operational area(s) or team(s) of company employees with well-defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, people recruitment and development, cost management, and direction setting within the area of responsibility.
  • Effectively motivate performance and to manage workflow in an operational and production environment with established quality and quantity standards.
  • Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts. Provides advice and counsel regarding various results.
  • Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.
  • Reports out on KPM compliance at a minimum on a monthly basis internally and externally to the client.

 

What we're looking for

 

  • 5 or more years of healthcare account operational experience (Provider Relations, Provider and Member Services, Provider Enrollment, Call Center, Publications)
  • Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills for interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and subject matter experts
  • Good strategic management and planning skills
  • Proven ability to select, develop, coach and mentor employees to be successful to meet client commitments

The pay range for this position is $44,400.00 - $63,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
