As an associate in Business Operations & Finance at Gainwell, you will apply strategic and project management skills combined with your experience in data-driven analysis to drive growth, improve the bottom line, and surface new opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work as part of a team to collectively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and smart ways to deploy process improvements and/or technology to solve business problems
  • Assist with business transformation projects including not limited to Acquisition Integration and strategic and operational improvements that deliver sustainable lift to Margin/EBITDA
  • Supports projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, testing, training and implementation across the organizational, process, technology and data dimensions.
  • Lead analysis studies by identifying opportunities from ad-hoc data to get to root causes of problems and develop potential solutions.
  • Lead and drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching to the operations
  • Lead, guide and support multiple workstream managers through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders within the company
  • Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices
  • Bring strong analytical and communication skills (written as well as verbal) as will need to interact with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Enable change through a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit

 

PREFFERED SKILLS

 

  • Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall)
  • Adept with data visualization and gathering tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel)
  • Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes, as well as information systems
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
  • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
  • High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit

 

EDUCATION

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting or other technical discipline
