Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Analyzes, plans and implements routine operational process improvement needs. Supports long-term planning sessions with a single client to improve business processes, generally involving use and improvement of information systems and goals.
  • Assists in the identification and communication of process improvement needs to authorized personnel to ensure that client and company needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Provides consultation on the use of routine re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploys plans from conception through closing on routine aspects of re-engineering projects.
  • Develops routine metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems. Researches processes to aid in the translation of business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
  • Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
  • Assists management in the assessment of degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ Years of Business Analyst Experience – Proficient in requirements gathering, analyzing data daily, identifying trends, and determining actionable next steps.
  • Intermediate SQL Skills – Experienced in writing and using SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis 
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Remediation – Able to remediate identified issues and implement corrective actions
  • Project and Task Management – Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and supporting initiatives across teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills – Strong ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with teams to execute quality assurance processes across projects.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
