Summary
Performs complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment to align information technology solutions with business initiatives for multiple, complex accounts. Serves as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel.
Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

Plans, designs and recommends business processes to improve and support business activities.

Analyzes and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing business process models.

Assists in coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide support to other team members.

Assists with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs.

Publishes business process models to Knowledge Exchange (KE)

Works with project contractors, site Training manager and client to determine training needs, training audience, training schedule and delivery of training.

May support Provider training delivery or utilize train-the-trainer so site account staff can train the provider community.

Supports contractors with operations/site staff training and preparation of go-live. Operations staff to train on Operational desk-level procedures. Webinar and/or travel to account sites for in-person training of operational staff may be required.

Develops extensive eLearning videos, training material as part of the training program.
What we're looking for
- 3 + years of business analysis experience
- Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
- Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
- Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language.
- Experience in HPAS, Healthcare and/or the Medicaid field preferred
- Experience with relational database concepts preferred.
- Experience with CMS and MITA concepts preferred.
- Experience with Training methodologies and Learning Management Systems preferred.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
