We’re seeking a Business Process Reengineering with deep expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, and payment integrity analytics to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your role in our mission

Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support healthcare analytics and reporting.
Build dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational trends.
Analyze claims data to identify patterns of waste, fraud, and abuse, and support payment integrity initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and other teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
Analyze month-end performance data, identify financial drivers, and support forecasting to ensure compliance with state healthcare requirements.
Monitor opportunities for program expansion and evaluate product yield against annual revenue targets.
Support proposal and pricing strategies with data modeling, ROI analysis, and impact assessments.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.

What we're looking for

SQL & Database Expertise: 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Teradata, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning; strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing.
Power BI & Data Visualization: Extensive experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization) and best practices.
Healthcare Data Analytics: Proven ability to work with healthcare claims data to support payment integrity, cost containment, and compliance.
Advanced Tools & Communication: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data storytelling to advise senior leadership with strategic insights.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure SQL, Snowflake, AWS Redshift), Python/R for analytics, and healthcare data standards.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
