We’re seeking a Business Process Reengineering with deep expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, and payment integrity analytics to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your role in our mission

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support healthcare analytics and reporting.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational trends.
  • Analyze claims data to identify patterns of waste, fraud, and abuse, and support payment integrity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Analyze month-end performance data, identify financial drivers, and support forecasting to ensure compliance with state healthcare requirements.
  • Monitor opportunities for program expansion and evaluate product yield against annual revenue targets.
  • Support proposal and pricing strategies with data modeling, ROI analysis, and impact assessments.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.

What we're looking for

  • SQL & Database Expertise: 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Teradata, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning; strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing.
  • Power BI & Data Visualization: Extensive experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization) and best practices.
  • Healthcare Data Analytics: Proven ability to work with healthcare claims data to support payment integrity, cost containment, and compliance.
  • Advanced Tools & Communication: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data storytelling to advise senior leadership with strategic insights.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure SQL, Snowflake, AWS Redshift), Python/R for analytics, and healthcare data standards.

What you should expect in this role

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
