Your role in our mission

Responsibilities:

  • Principal manager over the claim, TARs, CIFs, and RTD processing operations, including all activities related to the final disposition of the claim/TAR.
  • Managing healthcare claims processing operations. 

What we're looking for

  • 2 years of government healthcare or private sector healthcare payer experience.
  • Must have minimum 4 years of experience processing healthcare claims.
  • Must have experience processing Medicaid claims. 
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years of management experience (additional relevant management experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis), including, but not limited to, administrative or program manager experience with an emphasis on customer and service delivery.
