We are seeking a skilled and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Business Strategy and Planning Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our organization in making informed business decisions by conducting thorough analysis and developing strategic plans. You will be a critical thinker who can effectively communicate complex ideas and help drive our organization towards its goals.

As a Business Strategy and Planning Analyst, you will work closely with various teams and departments to gather data, perform market research, and analyze industry trends to help management make informed decisions. You will contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, including revenue growth initiatives, cost management strategies, and identifying potential business opportunities. Additionally, you will regularly monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to support strategic business planning
  • Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic and operational plans
  • Support the business in identifying revenue growth opportunities and cost optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights to drive decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop reports to track progress towards strategic and operational goals
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and identify potential areas of improvement

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business strategy, planning, or related roles, either at a corporation and/or a top tier consulting company
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using analytical tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

 

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
