Your role in our mission

Play a critical role by overseeing the key area of CMS Certification to ensure that the delivery of requirements, evidence, and artifacts meets the expectations of CMS, Gainwell, and our clients
Coordinate and develop demand forecasts with account teams on small- to large-sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end service
Be a knowledgeable connection between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impacts
Partner with the client to develop business specifications at the start of a technical project
Analyze, plan, design, document and / or make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals
Verify all requirements have been met by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Leverage the ability to use analytical or relational database software such as Excel or SQL to quantify the anticipated impact of work
Manage complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations
Provides leadership and work guidance to less-experienced personnel

What we're looking for

9 or more years of support services, project, or program experience required
CMS experience required
Medicaid experience required
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly when needed
Must be able to partner with Cross Functional teams to drive requirements to completion
Practical ability with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and third parties
Good leadership and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Past DDI experience preferred but not required

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
