Your role in our mission
- Play a critical role by overseeing the key area of CMS Certification to ensure that the delivery of requirements, evidence, and artifacts meets the expectations of CMS, Gainwell, and our clients
- Coordinate and develop demand forecasts with account teams on small- to large-sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end service
- Be a knowledgeable connection between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impacts
- Partner with the client to develop business specifications at the start of a technical project
- Analyze, plan, design, document and / or make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals
- Verify all requirements have been met by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Leverage the ability to use analytical or relational database software such as Excel or SQL to quantify the anticipated impact of work
- Manage complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less-experienced personnel
What we're looking for
- 9 or more years of support services, project, or program experience required
- CMS experience required
- Medicaid experience required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly when needed
- Must be able to partner with Cross Functional teams to drive requirements to completion
- Practical ability with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and third parties
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Past DDI experience preferred but not required

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
