Summary
As a CMS Certification Lead at Gainwell, you will play a critical role by leading the key areas of CMS Certification, ensuring the delivery of requirements, evidence, and artifacts meets the expectations of CMS, Gainwell, and clients
Your role in our mission
- Play a critical role by leading the key areas of CMS Certification to ensure that the delivery of requirements, evidence, and artifacts meets the expectations of CMS, Gainwell, and our clients
- Interact directly with the client, project leads, and subject matter experts to deliver project deliverables, evidence, artifacts and other documents, as required by the project.
- Provide leadership and work guidance to less-experienced certification support personnel
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of project or program management experience required
- 2 – 3 years of Healthcare / Medicaid experience required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customer and project management teams to fulfill certification compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with customer, CMS and project management teams
- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly when needed
- Must be able to partner with Cross Functional teams to drive requirements to completion
- Practical ability with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Practical experience with a process or tool for requirements management - HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) tool preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and third parties
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMI PMP certificate preferred
- 2 – 3 years of CMS Certification experience with familiarity of the SMC process preferred
- Experience as a lead in Medicaid module implementations preferred

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
