Your role in our mission

Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
Must live within the state of West Virginia
Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday

Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.

Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday

If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working – we will pass on the candidate

Experience in Health Care industry

Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules

What we're looking for

Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
Proficient Keyboarding skills
Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work alone and with a team
Ability to multi-task and remain focused

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
