Your role in our mission

  • Respond to high-volume phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
  • Research customer questions and provide accurate information based on established policies, procedures, and account requirements.
  • Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions clearly and accurately within the appropriate systems.
  • Navigate multiple applications and information sources to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Escalate complex questions or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member or department.Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail when processing customer information.
  • Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to meet productivity, service-level, and quality goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and other internal stakeholders.Identify issues, evaluate available information, and apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced situations.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain the confidentiality of customer and healthcare-related information.

What we're looking for

  • One to two years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, claims, or provider relations.
  • Experience managing high-volume phone and email inquiries.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work efficiently across multiple monitors and applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote position available to candidates located within the United States.
  • Work hours may vary between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, based on business and client coverage needs.
  • Candidates located in the Pacific time zone are strongly encouraged to apply due to client coverage requirements through 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
