Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions Develops and implements financial strategies, policies, accounting practices and procedures to be followed worldwide, ensuring financial and strategic goals are attained. Oversees multiple financial functions of the overall organization on a global scale. Oversees the annual budgeting process directing the preparation, approval, and administration of company budgets. Establishes financial controls to safeguard company assets. Provides an expert financial/accounting perspective when collaborating with executive management and the Board of Directors to determine the business strategy. Determines and oversees implementation of the optimal business strategy with respect to financial opportunity and strategic fit with the company's objectives. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams. Establishes profitability and cost performance goals for business operations, monitors budget performance of organizations, and directs remedial actions for budget deviations. Identifies risks and opportunities to forecasted results of working capital requirements, cash flow, EBIT, . Oversees preparation of variance analysis of actual financial results to previous forecasts, budgets and prior periods. Proactively researches, analyzes and implements financial/business models to positively impact trends and business performance. Identifies cost saving and/or revenue enhancement opportunities and implements related plans to maximize profits. Develops financial strategies and prepares recommendations to ensure the fiscal viability and strength of organizations and the company overall. Designs, oversees and ensures the daily operations of the finance, accounting, tax, insurance, credit, budget and treasury departments globally. Oversees internal audits to ensure integrity of financial reporting systems and coordination with external auditors. Builds and maintains relationships with lenders and key stakeholders. Influences decision-making and builds partnerships across the organization. Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to facilitate attainment of the company's financial and growth objectives.. Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams. Provides timely, accurate and complete financial reports to the President and CEO to inform and educate the Board of Directors. Attends Board meetings as requested by the President. Liaisons for all affiliate Boards, as well as Boards of managed facilities, and other reporting bodies regarding any matters related to finance or entity financial performance. Directs, manages, develops and oversees budget; ensures activities are appropriately funded, coordinated and managed according to the guidelines/constraints of resource allocations. Oversees and manages department related expenditures. Balances cost saving measures with needs of department. Basic Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Twenty or more years of related experience Experience working with financial and accounting concepts, practices, and procedures Experience working the management implications of various forms of financial data Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included Other Qualifications Strong strategic management, planning, change management, and ana
