Summary
Gainwell is seeking an experienced business and operations leader to drive operational execution, cross-discipline team collaboration, and program management. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Provider Solutions, this senior role will manage a 30+ project portfolio and serve as a thought partner and execution lead to the Provider Solutions leadership team. A successful candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, and results-driven, and will have exceptional team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. This leader is critical for ensuring business priorities and objectives are translated into manageable projects across multiple functions. Moreover, this individual is directly accountable for ensuring the success of these programs and projects, while championing transparency and coordinating alignment across stakeholders throughout execution.
Your role in our mission
- Manage large-scale project portfolio end-to-end in a highly organized way
- Drive objectives and key results (OKR) alignment, track strategic initiatives, and proactively flag risks and opportunities
- Coordinate planning cycles, board decks, investment cases, and executive briefings
- Spearhead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups
- Foster team development and create process improvements that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and output
- Act as an executive partner and trusted advisor to the SVP & GM of Provider Solutions by providing analysis, insight, and recommendations
- Take on special projects and organize business objectives into organized efforts that achieve required outcomes
What we're looking for
- 7+ years as a Chief of Staff or Program/Project Manager in Healthcare Technology, with 7+ years in Technology Project Management
- 7+ years of experience in Strategy and Product Operations- interfacing with Product Engineering, Product Sales, Product Marketing, Product Implementations, and Driving Alignment across cross-functional teams
- Program Management, Cross-Functional Leadership, and Stakeholder Communication
- Highly effective in Distilling Complex Information, facilitating meetings, and creating executive-level presentations
- Adept at managing multiple business and technology projects with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and issue resolution capabilities

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
