- Manage and oversee the WI Claims systems team to ensure Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule
- Look ahead as you work with account teams to develop demand forecasts and assist functional areas or departments in proposing, planning and delivering end-to-end services, including workload requirements
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships
- Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements
- Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for current and new accounts
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development and work products
What we're looking for
- Substantial leadership experience in Claims, systems development, project leadership or program management in a technology industry
- A deep understanding of Claims systems, Medicare, and Medicaid, including their technical architecture and data flows.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems within claims systems, identify root causes, and evaluate potential solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand, question, and guide discussions on system design, product capabilities, and technical implementations with development and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to effectively oversee system development and enhancements.
- Working understanding of healthcare technology industry and products with an emphasis on the underlying technical components and integrations.
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members
- Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and resource forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results to clients, helping to quickly problem-solve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery of projects and system uptime.
- Track record of tracking key metrics, implementing process improvements, and drive results.
- Customer centric while balancing the long and short-term implication of customer requests

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
