We are looking for a talented Program Director who will be responsible for overseeing routine delivery of client services and day-to-day management of client relationships and overall contract of P&L.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Introduces, negotiates and implements new projects to expand scope of business
  • Reviews and co-creates deliverables with various teams prior to client delivery
  • Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity/wins
  • Engages in the strategy and development of Gov't programs, assigned to specific accounts
  • Serves as point of contact for clients and is responsible for the overall satisfaction
  • Establishes/communicates goals and objectives while defining methodologies for teams

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS - (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred) 
  • 5+ years of client facing experience
  • 5+ years of MS Excel/Power Point/Word
  • 3+ years of Medicare/Medicaid/Public Health experience 
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Budgets/Forecasting
  • PMP Certification - Preferred

  • Fully Remote (Within the US)
  • Candidates MUST live within the Tri-State area (NY,NJ,PA)
  • Travel may be required up to 10%
