Your role in our mission

 

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

 

 

  • You will work closely with our Client Delivery Leader in support of several customer relations where we are developing/implementing/supporting Healthcare IT systems in a variety of healthcare business and IT product environments (Medicare, Medicare, MMIS, C#/Java/C/Python)
  • Proven professional experience and knowledge of industry’s best practice and processes.  
  • Works effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Works with other managers to allocate staff and monitor deliverables to ensure client and project needs are met in a timely manner
  • Must have a relentless attitude to address client concerns, issues and action items and drive them to closure in a timely manner.
  • Must make every attempt to respond to emails within 24 hours.
  • Directly engage with clients as needed to ensure business needs are met. Must be client savvy and ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and partners.
  • May have direct reporting resources.
  • Performs regular evaluation sessions with each direct hire coaching and mentoring them in their career trajectory.
  • Responsible for all processes around securing new talent including the job posting, interview process, onboarding, evaluation, and conversion.
  • Possess a servant leadership style focused on the needs and well-being of employees and customers.  Assist in the clearing of all obstacles for the team.

 

What we're looking for

 

  • 12 plus years of Information Technology experience in a Healthcare environment to include Product & Project Management, Systems Architecture and Software Development
  • Extensive experience in managing client interactions and relationships.
  • 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • 10+ years in the IT or product management
  • experience managing IT systems
  • Experience working with industry best practices and company policies


Other required experience: 

 

  • Vendor Management experience
  • Deliver on commitments on time
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Good human relations skills to develop, train, reward and discipline employees
  • A developed ability to read people and responding in a way that is most effective for that person
  • Self-motivated individual who will take ownership of their responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and procedures to ensure team member adoption
  • Resourcefulness in knowing the best person to clear a particular roadblock
  • Comfort-level presenting to business stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to create professional quality power-point presentations to communicate ideas
  • Knowledge of the privacy laws around legally protected PHI/PII HIPAA data

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
