Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Grasps key client issues based on fact-gathering activities and develops appropriate analyses and hypotheses (Business).
- Interacts with confidence and ease when interacting with middle- and senior-level managers (client and company); uses complex strategies like indirect influence to build consensus and support (Relationship Management).
- Communicates in formal presentation settings including proposal orals, client workshops and regional internal events; develops proposal sections, methodology work products and formal written deliverables covering area(s) of expertise (Communication).
- Coordinates activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
- Escalates issues and recommends adjustments.
- Identifies process changes or adjustments and escalates same.
- Assists in coordinating communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that integration of new, enhanced and existing service offerings meet client specifications.
- Assists in identifying service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of support services or project or program experience
- Experience working with company products and operating systems.
- 3 or more years of consulting experience with management and/or operations strategy
- 3 or more years of experience in management consulting, communications planning, or organizational change management in working with public sector or health and human services clients
- Experience working with the technology industry.

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
