We are looking for a talented Program Director who will be responsible for overseeing routine delivery of client services and day-to-day management of client relationships and overall contract of P&L.
Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as point of contact for state TPL clients and is responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Introduces, negotiates and implements new projects to expand scope of business
- Reviews and co-creates deliverables with various teams prior to client delivery
- Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity/wins
- Engages in the strategy and development of Gov't programs, assigned to specific accounts
- Establishes/communicates goals and objectives while defining methodologies for teams
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS - (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred)
- 5+ years of client facing experience
- 5+ years of MS Excel/Power Point/Word
- 3+ years of Medicare/Medicaid/Public Health experience
- 3+ years of Third Party Liability (TPL) experience
- Strong knowledge of Budgets/Forecasting

- Travel may be required up to 10%
The pay range for this position is $105,000.00 - $110,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
