We are looking for a talented Program Director who will be responsible for overseeing routine delivery of client services and day-to-day management of client relationships and overall contract of P&L.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

Serves as point of contact for state TPL clients and is responsible for overall client satisfaction
Introduces, negotiates and implements new projects to expand scope of business
Reviews and co-creates deliverables with various teams prior to client delivery
Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity/wins
Engages in the strategy and development of Gov't programs, assigned to specific accounts
Establishes/communicates goals and objectives while defining methodologies for teams

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS - (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred)
5+ years of client facing experience
5+ years of MS Excel/Power Point/Word
3+ years of Medicare/Medicaid/Public Health experience
3+ years of Third Party Liability (TPL) experience
Strong knowledge of Budgets/Forecasting

Travel may be required up to 10%

The pay range for this position is $105,000.00 - $110,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
